Refer and Earn Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Picsy. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 that requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of Picsy platform (hereinafter referred to as "Picsy"). Your use of the Picsy and services and tools are governed by "Terms of Use" as applicable to the Picsy including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of Picsy, You shall be contracting with Picsy Prints LLP and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Picsy. In these Terms, references to "You", "User", "Your" shall mean the end user/shopper/customer accessing Picsy. The term "Picsy", "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Picsy Prints LLP.

For the purpose of this program,

  • An existing User of the Picsy App who invites his/her friends to download and use the Picsy App by sharing his/her referral code, shall be termed as the Referrer.
  • A new user who downloads and signs-up with the Picsy App for the first time on a device on which Picsy App was not installed earlier, after using the referral code of an existing Picsy App User shall be termed as the Referee.

Subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, the referral rewards shall be the following:

  • When the Referee downloads the Picsy App and signs up successfully, both Referrer and Referee shall receive Picsy points worth Rs. 200/-.
  • When the Referee makes his/her first transaction on the Picsy App, the Referrer shall receive Picsy credit worth Rs. 100/- and earn 5% cashback on every Referee order. However, the Referrer shall receive the credit only after the Referee’s order is successfully delivered (and the return period of the order has lapsed).

The Referee shall be eligible to receive the referral reward, if and only if the following conditions are met:

  • The device on which the Referee downloads the Picsy App, must not have installed the Picsy App earlier.
  • The Email ID and/or Phone number through which the Referee signs-up with Picsy App, must not have been used for signing up with the Picsy App earlier.
  • The device on which the Referee downloads the Picsy App should not be rooted or Jail-broken.
  • Neither the Referrer nor the Referee should install the Picsy App using App Runtime for Chrome, Emulators or Simulators.

Upon successful sign-up, provided all the conditions above are met:

  • The Referee shall receive the referral reward within 24 hours of sign-up. Picsy shall reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you to modify this waiting period.
  • The Referee will be able to redeem these points immediately after receiving them. Picsy shall reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you to modify this waiting period.
  • For each case of referral, the Referrer shall be eligible to receive the referral reward, if and only if the following conditions are met:
  • The Referee in question meets all the eligibility criteria listed above.
  • The Referee uses the referral code of the Referrer to sign-up with the Picsy app.
  • The Referee makes a transaction on the Picsy app.

Upon successful order placement by the Referee, provided all the conditions listed above are met:

  • The Referrer shall receive the referral reward within 24 hours of order placement by the Referee, provided all the conditions listed above are met. Picsy shall reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you to modify this waiting period.
  • We will reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you to modify this waiting period.

Reward points will be taken back if:

  • The order is cancelled by the Referee, Or
  • The order can’t be delivered, Or
  • The Referee declines to accept the order, Or
  • The Referee returns any item within the order, Or
  • The Referee exchanges any item within the order

Rewards under this program shall be given in the form of Reward Points. Usage/redemption of Reward points will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Reward points can be used only for making a purchase on the Picsy app. These cannot be taken as cash-back, or transferred to a bank account.
  • Reward points cannot be transferred from one Picsy account to another.
  • Usage of Reward Points will be restricted to a maximum of 10% of the final product value (exclusive of Shipping Charges and tax).
  • Picsy reserves the right to change/modify these usage criteria. In that event, the user shall be notified.

Any fraud or abuse concerning the program is subject to strict administrative and / or legal action by us, including but not limited to reversal of referral reward and/or termination of membership. A fraud encompasses:

  • If a user is found referring himself using multiple IDs or phone numbers.
  • If a user is found making multiple successful referrals and redeeming his/her referral rewards and then a majority of his/her Referees return/cancel their orders.
  • Any other attempt to take unfair advantage, as deemed by us, of the Referral Program.

Participation in the Picsy Referral Program may require you to submit personal information about you and the users you refer, such as name and email address. You agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Picsy Referral Program, and to allow us to communicate with your friends about your participation (for example, by disclosing to your friends that an invitation was sent by you). Any information collected from you or your referred users as part of the Picsy Referral Program shall be subject to Picsy's Privacy Policy.

We may terminate your eligibility for a referral bonus or terminate your account, or the accounts of Picsy members you refer, if you or they take any of the following actions:

  • Open multiple accounts, including with different email addresses, for the same person in order to generate additional referral rewards.
  • Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums.
  • Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us.
  • Offer incentives to others to sign-up with Picsy using your referral code.
  • Violate these terms or any other terms and conditions on Picsy.
  • Participate in the Picsy Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you to add to, remove or otherwise change the terms of this program, including but not limited to:

  • Modifying the amount of the referral rewards.
  • Modifying the eligibility criteria for the Referee and/or the Referrer.
  • Modifying when the referral reward is given to the Referee and/or the Referrer.
  • Modifying how you may use the referral rewards earned through this program.
  • Requiring minimum purchase amounts for redemption of referral reward.
  • Instituting a cap on the maximum number of successful referrals for which the Referrer earns rewards.
  • Modifying the maximum amount of referral rewards that one may earn.
  • Discontinuing the Picsy Referral Program entirely.
  • We shall post an updated version of these terms on the Picsy App, and you shall be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Picsy App or the Picsy Referral Program after the date such changes are posted.

Picsy reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this Program at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure by the Company, no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.

  • This program is valid only on Picsy’s mobile application (on Android, and iOS platforms) and on no other website/mobile application.
  • Customers agree to be bound by these “Terms and Conditions”, the “Terms of Use”, “Privacy Policy” and other relevant documentation that are available on Picsy Mobile App/website including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.

All disputes arising out of the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Ahmedabad, India.
